    Job Details:

    Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Company Overview: My client has a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, and is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our dynamic team. This position will report directly to the President and play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
    • As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for:
    • Providing strategic financial leadership and partnering with the Divisional President to drive business performance.
    • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support divisional goals.
    • Leading financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in logistics and manufacturing, to ensure financial alignment with operational objectives.
    • Utilizing business acumen and implementing processes such as LEAN or Six Sigma to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
    • Presenting financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
    Qualifications:
    • The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Proven experience in a corporate leadership role supporting logistics and/or manufacturing operations.
    • Strong financial acumen with a track record of implementing effective financial strategies.
    • Familiarity with operational efficiency methodologies such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to act as a key business partner to divisional leadership.
    • Demonstrated success in leading financial planning and analysis processes.
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
    • Previous experience presenting to boards and executive committees.
    Work Environment: Onsite presence required approximately 5 days a week with travel to sites. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular interactions with divisional leadership.
