The Role at a Glance

  • We are excited to bring on an Associate, Financial Analysis to our Finance team to work in our Radnor based office with hybrid and work from home flexibility.

As the retirement business continues to grow and evolve Lincoln continues to invest in the talent of its Finance team with this role.

You will have a broad set of responsibilities that will allow you to interact with many teams across Lincoln. The work you will be doing will help ensure that Sr. Management has the information they need in order to properly evaluate the performance of the business.

In addition, the strategic analysis you will be a part of will help provide insight than can inform and drive the strategy of our Retirement business.


What you'll be doing

  • Reporting of key performance indicators for the retirement business including sales, terminations, and profitability metrics.
  • Ensuring accuracy of sales activity and financial results.
  • Assisting in the quarterly earnings messaging and communication process.
  • Assisting in the forecasting process of key performance indicators such as deposits, net cash flows, revenues, and earnings.
  • Performing strategic adhoc analysis on various projects and initiatives.

years of experience as an analyst that aligns with the responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic who can overcome obstacles and knows how to partner with others to ensure the works gets done
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • 4 year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • Nicetohaves:_
  • Experience in the Retirement business
  • Experience in FP&A roles

    Pay Range:Actual base pay could vary based on nondiscriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include longterm incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
