The Role at a Glance

  • We are excited to bring on a
    Rollover Concierge Associate in our Retirement Plan Services business working hybrid out of one of our offices or work from home. In this role, you will provide administrative support and partnership to our Relationship Consultant Teams as well as provide concierge services to our participants helping to facilitate the process to consolidate assets with Lincoln.
    What you'll be doing
  • Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s)
  • Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects for their assigned area(s)
  • Reviews and processes basic assigned transactions independently including but not limited to enrollments, contributions and distributions in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner.
  • Develops and maintains a strong understanding of LFG's products, services and operational structure to enhance ability to identify and target sales growth
  • Identifies and recommends to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality
  • Delivers and ensures accuracy of basic daily, weekly and monthly reports, and tracks and analyzes data to limit risk exposure
  • Ensures the accuracy and completeness of submitted information

What we're looking for

  • Musthaves:_
  • 4 year bachelor degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of degree)
  • Demonstrated solid relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues)
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
  • FINRA SIE within 90 days of hire
  • FINRA S6 within 1 year of hire
  • Life and health licenses required within 1 1⁄2 years of hire

    Pay Range: $42,300 $75,500


Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.

The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees.

In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.

Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
