    We equip you with the Support, Resources, Mentorship, and Tools/Systems necessary to excel in this field. Our agents receive training in lead conversion scripts, learn from a top agent, and are mentored by high-achieving agents.

    Agents on our team typically earn an average of $75,000 annually and handle transactions with an average price point exceeding $446,000. If you are a passionate, tenacious, and motivated individual, get in touch with us to explore becoming an agent on our team

    Compensation:

    $75,000 commission only

    Responsibilities:
    • On-the-job training provided
    • Diligently follow up with the leads that are provided by the team
    • Work with qualified buyers or sellers
    • Consult with prospective buyers and sellers in order to help them achieve their real estate goals
    • Negotiate contracts, inspections, and other critical details
    • Effectively work in a team environment that's built on our mission statement and core values
    • Cultivate and build client relationships for life
    • 6+ months of training provided
    • Shadowing and mentoring provided
    • On-the-job training provided
    • Market knowledge preferred
    Qualifications:
    • A real estate license is required
    • Embrace and adhere to the mission statement and core values of our company
    • Must possess excellent sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively
    • Outstanding customer service skills are a must
    • Attention to Detail and Persistence are necessary skills
    • A passion for serving clients and helping those clients achieve their real estate goals
    • Effectively work with operations to ensure top-level service for clients
    • Must possess excellent listening skills and empathy for others
    • High energy and enthusiasm
