I am an experienced program and project manager with 30 years experience working for an international bank.  I am an SIU Edwardsville graduate and live north of Troy, Illinois.  I began my career at Centerre Bank and survived several acquistions.  I have operations management, merger and acquisition and systems integration project management experience.  I am seeking employment with a local company with the hopes for better work life balance.  

Financial services program and project management professional with 30 years of experience.  Most recent responsibilities included data center builds, consolidations and exits.  Developed risk mitigation processes to reduce the company's risk profile.  Experienced hiring and managing teams to meet financial budgets and project timelines.  Ensured projects were well documented and well planned to meet stringent audit requirements.  Worked closely with the companies change management organization to implement changes with all risks considered.  My last several data center closures saved the company millions of dollars annually.  I believe diverse teams and inclusion are the bedrock of a successful company.  I am looking for an opportunity to help a St. Louis company grow and realize its strategy.
