- Oversee all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting legal documents, pretrial preparations, and representing clients in court.
- Manage complex commercial disputes, offering expert guidance to clients.
- Provide legal advice on real estate matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Develop strategies for compliance and regulatory issues, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Offer expertise in estate planning and assist clients in optimizing tax strategies.
- Handle corporate litigation cases and provide sound legal counsel to resolve disputes.
- Participate in alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate and civil law to ensure compliance.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state.
- 3-7 years of experience in civil litigation, commercial disputes, real estate law, compliance, estate planning, corporate litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Effective team player with strong leadership skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethics.
- Proficient in legal research, writing, and technology.
