- Litigation Representation: You will represent HOAs in consumer collection litigation cases.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with FDCPA and oversee debt verification processes.
- Strategic Development: Create case strategies and negotiate settlements in clients' best interests.
- Collections Management: Oversee collections processes for HOA and condo associations, adhering to all relevant regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of associates and paraprofessionals, managing workloads, offering guidance, and providing training to ensure efficient case management and deadline compliance.
- Litigation Experience: A solid foundation in collections litigation, with a preference for experience with HOAs.
- Exceptional Skills: Outstanding research and writing capabilities, along with superior negotiation and communication skills, are essential. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines is a must.
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Missouri, or able gain licensure within a short period of time. You will be handling matters in both Missouri and Kansas.
- Mangement: Enjoy managing a skilled legal team.
