- Assist project teams in the preparation and submission of pre-qualification documents
- Assist in the drafting and negotiation of owner agreements
- Assist in the award and negotiation of subcontract agreements and material purchase agreements
- Assemble and track owner agreement and subcontract exhibits
- Review bid proposals and owner agreements to identify significant provisions of interest in bid documents and contracts
- Issue professional service agreements
- Prepare confidentiality agreements and related documents
- Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
- Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction contract or project management or in a non-construction corporate contracts department
- Solid understanding of the contracting process from negotiation through execution (alternatively, paralegal degree and experience with construction project transactions including owner agreements, subcontracts and material purchase agreements)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
- Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
