Description
We are looking for a part-time "administrative employee / office clerk" (m/f/d) for our company in Berlin-Marzahn starting in summer 2023.
Your responsibilities:
- General office tasks
- Order processing
- Document management
- Data entry and maintenance
- Cost calculations
- Communication with suppliers/customers
- Preparatory payroll accounting
- Monthly closing
- Incoming/outgoing mail
- Accounting, using our invoicing program
- Schedule management
- Payment transactions/payment monitoring
Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial training and at least 5 years of practical work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word
Desirable but not required:
- Experience in the trades or construction industry
