We are looking for a part-time "administrative employee / office clerk" (m/f/d) for our company in Berlin-Marzahn starting in summer 2023.


Your responsibilities:


  • General office tasks
  • Order processing
  • Document management
  • Data entry and maintenance
  • Cost calculations
  • Communication with suppliers/customers
  • Preparatory payroll accounting
  • Monthly closing
  • Incoming/outgoing mail
  • Accounting, using our invoicing program
  • Schedule management
  • Payment transactions/payment monitoring

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed commercial training and at least 5 years of practical work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word

Desirable but not required:


  • Experience in the trades or construction industry
