We are currently seeking a Site Contract Specialist to join our Start Up team in Little Canada, MN. In this role, you will prepare and negotiate contracts and finalize the contract process with study sites.

As a Site Contract Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with study sites
  • Negotiating investigator grant budgets and contractual terms and conditions within established parameters, authority approvals, contractual processes, and client expectations
  • Ensuring compliance with budgetary guidance, templates, and processes
