We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our engineering positions across multiple sites within the United States.
The selected individual will partner with client stakeholders to develop, communicate and execute jointly on a recruiting plan unique to each specific requisition.
Responsible for strategic recruitment plan development, project management, and recruitment execution to achieve seamless candidate and client recruitment experience.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a recruitment subject matter expert through the development and implementation of comprehensive recruitment plansCollaborate with clients and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the businessProactively and continuously utilizes effective sourcing strategies (passive and non-passive) in an effort to build a network of high quality, diverse candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation requirements and convert hard-to-find passive talent through understanding of the business and employee value propositionUse innovative sourcing techniques to engage and convert both active and passive candidatesPartner with compensation and hiring managers to define attractive and competitive job offersEstablish and build relationships with other recruiters to share knowledge, HR trends and experiences to execute best practices enterprise wideAccurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metricsParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education or Equivalent Experience:
Bachelor's in Business, HR or related fieldExperience: 5-8 years of experienceMix of agency and in-house experience strongly preferredExperience developing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plansAbility to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate matchExcellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levelsProven experience engaging high-potential prospects through targeted sourcing and cold callingStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channelsDemonstrated success leveraging social media platforms to build candidate pipelines
