- Create and manage KPIs for partners to track and analyze performance. Design and maintain reports to identify areas for improvement. Proactively drive partner success through strategic reviews, targeted campaigns, and incentive programs.
- Identify and bridge communication gaps between internal teams and external partners to proactively mitigate risks that could impact operations. This includes collaborating with partners to document and effectively escalate processes, fostering a collaborative environment that optimizes fleet performance.Create and manage KPIs for partners to track and analyze performance. - Oversee partner acquisition vendor and partner onboarding. Develop + maintain training materials for new partners.
- Lead special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency or partner success, such as new contract implementations, incentive programs, or product enhancements.
- Develop and implement strategic recommendations for partner flight paths and contract terminations. Guide Market Managers in optimizing fleet performance through data analysis and strategic planning. Lead the process of minimizing revenue loss and asset recovery when partners exit the program.
- Manage partner payouts, including payout schedules, adjustments, ad hoc payouts, special incentives and other programs such as preferred partner.
- Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows and user guides
- Bachelor's degree from a competitive university in quantitative/technical field
- 3-5+ years of experience driving partner success, managing cross-functional projects and analyzing and using data to facilitate business decisions; experience at a high growth startup is a plus.
- Prior people management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and drive results through both cross-functional partners and external third parties
- High degree of empathy, with the ability to find common ground between competing parties to resolve conflicts
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into objective goals, measure performance and drive accountability to achieve goals
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and lack of resources to deliver results with limited direction
- Experience owning routine processes and managing bespoke projects
- Experience working at a B2B-focused company preferred
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to improve and simplify complex processes
- Working knowledge of SQL, experience with spreadsheet applications (Sheets or Excel), and Tableau is a plus.

We planted roots in Los Angeles, California. Now, our fleet of electric scooters is available to riders in cities around the world for short trips or the "last mile" of their journey. Bird has grown very rapidly in its first few years. We've provided tens of millions of rides to riders in over 100 cities around the globe - and we're only just getting started.
This role on the central operations team at Bird drives operating model success. This role will follow external partners through the entire lifecycle, overseeing sales and onboarding, performance management, and program exits as needed. This role will develop processes and systems to enable efficient operations, bring visibility to performance, manage change and communications, and hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to performance standards.
The ideal candidate for this role should have 3-5+ years of experience driving partner success, managing cross-functional projects and analyzing and using data to facilitate business decisions; experience at a high growth startup is a plus.

Pay Range Disclosure:
Bird offers competitive pay and benefits packages. The base salary range/hourly rate that Bird currently reasonably expects to pay for this role is included below. However, actual compensation may vary upon a number of factors such as experience, knowledge, skill level, skill sets, or the city in which work is performed. Accordingly, under certain circumstances, it is possible that a candidate's actual compensation may be above or below this range. Some roles may also be entitled to receive other forms of compensation such as bonus, variable pay, and equity, and you will be eligible for paid time off, health and welfare benefits, and retirement benefits pursuant to the Company's policies.
