- OHSU Transport Team will only accept candidates with 3 years of neonatal AND pediatric transport experience - flight nursing.
- Nurses with only PICU or NICU baseline foundational experience are not eligible for this position.
- RN needs to be currently working as a transport nurse.
- OHSU transport team is a pediatric and neonatal team. RNs must be able to successfully and competently care for both populations.
- Candidates must come with 3-5 years of PICU or NICU experience and an additional 2-3 years of Peds & Neo transport experience.
- Variable shifts, 3x12s
- PALS, NRP, ACLS, BLS required
- Oregon and Washington RN License required
- 3 years required
- Must pass pre-hire physical capacity testing
- PANDA's scope of care includes patients ranging from premature newborns to pediatric patients up to the age of 18.
- PANDA is a specialty transport service for inter-facility transports. PANDA does not respond to scene calls.
- Patients over 18 are considered on a case by case basis and can only be transported to a pediatric unit.
- PANDA is accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Services (CAMTS)
