Lucas Tree Experts, a leader in the tree care industry, is looking for a
Fleet and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Portland ME.

The Fleet and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting our fleet of on and off road vehicles and equipment as well as working directly with our field service mechanics and technicians.
The Fleet and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as: Parts order processing for remote field mechanics, purchase order writing and processing, managing maintenance and repairs both internally and externally through our field service mechanics and vendor network, organizing and managing equipment transports.

The Fleet and Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with vendor partners, coordinating with our field crews and utility supervisors, bidding and negotiating with suppliers, maintaining and calculating inventory levels to maintain efficient operations, prepare and execute fleet related documents including but not limited to registrations, insurance, customs, DOT reporting, etc. as needed as well as compiling tabulating and auditing data in a timely and efficient manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent.

Must have a current and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Must be physically able to perform the requirements of the position (i.e., walk on uneven grounds, carry 75 lbs.)

Must be able to successfully complete a post offer physical & drug screen as well as a background and motor vehicle check.
