- Implement and maintain robust inventory control practices using ERP tools in Oracle.
- Minimize excess or obsolete inventory while ensuring materials availability for production.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and address supply chain issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments such as production, quality assurance, and procurement.
- Ensure seamless communication to meet production and quality goals.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with expertise in Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in IVD manufacturing (e.g., ISO is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in material planning, logistics scheduling, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

Position Overview:
As the Senior Material Planning Specialist for our In vitro diagnostics (IVD) manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of our products. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including expertise in material planning, logistics scheduling, inventory control, warehouse operations, ERP operation (Oracle), and seamless collaboration with various departments.
