ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inputting data.
• Making changes to existing data in digital databases
• Process quotes and orders.
• Answer various questions regarding order status, order tracking, and product features & benefits.
• Setting up daily/hourly plans to meet personal performance objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• At least 3 years of date entry or customer service experience. Administrative assistance or call center experience is helpful.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal verbal communications and writing skills.
• Outstanding followup skills.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.

REQUISITE EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3 years data entry or customer service experience.
