We have an excellent opportunity for a full time, entry level
Pest Control Inspection Specialistbased in our
Baldwin Park, CAwarehouse.

The Pest Control Inspection Specialist is directly responsible for the oversight of pest control management in all states with business properties managed and owned by In-N-Out Burger.

General Responsibilities

Identify potential and actual pest problems, conduct inspections, and design control strategies for all the In-NOut Burger restaurants, buildings, offices and properties
Inspect buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation; Identify the type and source of infestation
Develop treatment plans and prevention methods to remove pest problems and to reduce the risk of reinfestation; Work with pesticides and other chemicals
Manage pest control contractors; Approve vendor fees for services
Ensure our properties are safe and free of insects, rodents, and other pests
Regularly communicate with the Operations Support Center to determine work assignments
Conduct site visits at the In-NOut Burger restaurants and properties
Evaluate pest control services to ensure the quality and value of work performed; assist with any internal training

Work Schedule + Benefits

Fulltime, Exempt (Salaried)
Pay Range is $71,900 $90,000
The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other jobrelated factors
Work schedule: M-F, 4:30 am 1:00 pm
Hours can change depending on work projects: Team completes major fumigation projects about 68 times per year, and hours can vary depending on the project
Some overtime; Weekend and holiday availability sometimes required
Office location: Baldwin Park, CA

Travel Schedule + Requirements

Travel: Approximately 50% of the time is spent in the field covering all states where In-NOut has restaurants and facilities (CA, AZ, NV, UT, OR, TX, CO); Overnight travel will be required
Very extensive travel schedule Must be willing to travel out of town 50% of the year
Company vehicle will be provided

Qualifications

25 years experience as a Pest Control Technician
Strong experience working with Quick Service restaurants, kitchens, or dining restaurants
Familiarity with pest control products and treatment / pest management techniques
Understanding of how to modify structures to alleviate pest problems
Able to identify insect growth and development
Strong interpersonal and customers service skills
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Department of Pesticide Regulation License
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Lift Certification
Valid CA driver's license (required)
