    About the role
    We are seeking a passionate, hands-on, and goal-oriented

    Manager (Account Supervisor) . You will regularly oversee multiple, advanced projects across an integrated spectrum and support client services leadership with strategic initiatives. This role will partner with external and internal teams including creative, strategy and production.
    The ideal candidate must be goal and result oriented, both on a large and small scale.

    You must be prepared to proactively drive work forward, build strong client relationships, and manage the end-to-end execution of project activities (from strategy, through to creative, development, and QA).

    And finally, you will need to work in an agile manner, proactively identifying risk, and balancing team deliverables across multiple workstreams.

    About you

    • You have 4-7 years experience in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier
    interactive agencies (production, video, brand, and strategic projects)

    • You have prior knowledge in working with clients to develop creative campaigns and partnering with production teams
    • You have experience on to building relationships with cross-agency partners
    • You have proven experience in growing a client account, understanding the client's need and how to leverage the services our agency provides
    • You have a passion for your clients' businesses
    • You're an optimist, and have the foresight to create solutions even before challenges arise
    • You have a "we before me" attitude and you unite/bring teams together
    • Someone with an intuitive understanding for how our work gets done
    What you will be doing

    • Manage long-term, marketing engagements with multiple project tracks and teams as well as a firm command of project management processes and methodologies
    • You will oversee engagements that could include strategy, creative and production components
    • Manage and set client expectations and ensure that everyone is satisfied
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies driving media across various channels
    • Be the connective tissue between audience data + deployment – providing actionable insights and audience approach
    • Identify a client's business needs and work with both the client and the various GALE teams to understand, define, and build effective and innovative solutions that generate measurable results.
