Job Standards

Primary Objective


The Client Concierge role is responsible for managing, communicating with, and driving business from incoming inquiries, current database of leads, and database of past clients and friends of the Ben Kinney Team (BKT).


The Client Concierge will regularly communicate with, set appts with, and solicit repeat and referral business from incoming inquiries, current database of leads, and database of past clients and friends of the Ben Kinney Team (BKT).


In addition, the Client Concierge will work in partnership with our Business Operations and Marketing Team on various initiatives to drive and enhance sales productivity to meet and exceed productivity goals throughout the year.

The Client Concierge activities to meet this primary objective is fluid and may change as market and business dynamics dictate at different times.


Leadership and Growth

  • 411 monthly for business and personal growth, with weekly accountability conversations with Director of Operations. Weekly report on numbers and business plan in the form of a 135 with actionable strategies.
  • Interface with Business Operations and Marketing Team and Agent Partners on inhouse events, client events, and acknowledgement of Agent Partners, including contests, birthdays, rewards.
  • Systematically communicate with Executive Leadership Team, Business Operations and Marketing Team, and Agent Partners with feedback from interaction with current and past clients. Provide constructive feedback for improvement and provide "props" to Agent Partners who get exceptional results.

Education

  • Attend PLACE events, and/or other trainings/events as suggested by Director of Operations.

Customer Events and Marketing

  • Support Business Operations and Marketing Team for digital and inperson events.

Customer Service

  • Communicate with past clients and BKT friends on a consistent basis with the specific intent of gaining repeat and referral business from the database.
  • Provide concierge services per the annual plan to recognize events in clients' lives.
  • Implement plan for high level followup with sellers before, during, and after the sale.
  • Implement plan for high level followup with buyers before, during, and after the sale.
  • Implement plan for high level followup with landlords and tenants before, during, and after the transaction.

Daily Activities

  • First point of contact for incoming property inquiries, leads, referrals, etc.
  • Scheduled calling new touches.
  • Scheduled followup calls.
  • Scheduled followup for 90 day after sale action plan.
  • Scheduled client touches for special occasions and/or events.
  • Document all calls and touches in CRM.
  • Circle prospect company's just listed/just sold if Partner Agent has not.
  • Any other activities to meet primary goal.

Growth and Recruitment

  • Introduce top level talent for the team and for your personal profit share.

Production

  • Track units, GCI, and volume from business generated by your efforts.
  • Work with any personal family and friends as clients, if licensed.

This is a 40-45 hour a week exempt role with a starting base salary of $2,500/mo (unlicensed) or $3,300/mo (licensed) with an additional estimated $13,500-$22,500+/yr in performance bonus structure. The role offers gold-rated health and dental insurance benefits, maternity/paternity benefits, vacation benefits, and a stock plan.

Performance reviews for pre-determined goals and objectives will be scheduled at the 6 month mark and 12 month mark.
