The Private Client Associate acts as a client advocate and brand ambassador to ensure the client experience is well supported and in line with firm and client expectations.

At the beginning of the sales process, this role will work directly with clients to facilitate the closing of their transactions.


Upon client conversion, the Private Client Associate will work with the investors, qualified intermediaries, and investment sponsor companies to manage the flow of documents required to close private securities investments.

This role is crucial to managing and coordinating the closing process which ensures all documents are accurate, submitted in a timely fashion, and stored in accordance with the firm's policies.


Essential Functions

  • Partner with Wealth Managers and lead clientfacing efforts and customer support throughout the closing process for investors.
  • Lead scheduling of client closing calls and track progress through the closing pipeline.
  • Support Qualified Intermediary channel, partners, and investment sponsor companies.
  • Serves as the investors' point of contact during the investment document preparation, compliance approval and investment closing process.
  • Collect and analyze information regarding the investor's income, assets, investments, or debts.
  • Collect and review documents from the investors and sends the compilation to the appropriate investment sponsor company.
  • Open Schwab custodial accounts and working with sponsor subscription documents in support of client setup and maintenance.
  • Manage approval workflow between investors and Realized Financial.
  • Follow up with the investors to obtain additional documentation as may be requested by the investment sponsor company and/or Realized Financial.
  • Have daily interaction with the firm's Wealth Managers and senior management.
  • Collect and distribute closing statements to investors
  • Maintain up to date investment pipeline reports and internal client and investment databases.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of professional work experience in a detailoriented role.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of a CRM and/or Marketing or Sales Platform
  • Two years of experience in the mortgage, commercial real estate, finance, or securities industry is preferred

  • Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent timemanagement skills
  • Proficient with word processing, experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • Organizational skills in a detailoriented setting
  • Team player with the ability to multitask in a resultsdriven environment.
  • Ability to lead and train junior team members. (Senior Only)
  • Ability to provide lead and closing statistics to President (Senior Only).
