- Collaborate across multiple teams to enhance features, debug, and maintain an optimal workflow.
- Implement and maintain gameplay and engine features for networking, multiplayer, and procedurally generated environments.
- Optimize and sustain existing engine systems for performance and scalability.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues.
- Develop and enhance in-house tools to streamline the game creation process.
- Provide support and documentation for tools, aiding other team members.
- Optimize code for various platforms and hardware configurations. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Proficient in C++ and game development.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine 4 is recommended.
- Bonus qualifications: Steam/EOS/PSN/Xbox Live development, UI/Slate.
