YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and implementation of corrosion protection measures in complex systems
- Analysis of all standards and requirements in project proposals
- Independent management of small corrosion protection projects
- Supporting project teams in finding suitable methods and reviewing application concepts for new construction and maintenance
- Consulting on questions regarding corrosion protection and coating of components, as well as component preservation
- Developing technical solutions and creating technical tender documents
- Reviewing customer quality standards for surface protection and general standards
- Evaluating corrosion protection systems and reviewing corrosion test results
- Conducting internal quality checks and documenting adjustments to meet customer requirements
- Assisting in finding solutions for troubleshooting cases
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed studies in materials engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience in surface technology, painting, coating and preservation strategies is advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of corrosion standards and materials such as paints, waxes, and sealing materials
- Knowledge of materials such as magnesium, zinc, zinc-nickel, and aluminum
- Good English skills and business acumen
- Willingness to travel to customers, suppliers, and other locations
