    Description
    Outside Sales Representative

    The salesperson is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to gain new customers and expand offerings to existing customers.

    This position will be expected to deliver a minimum monthly revenue as shown in compensation structure. The salesperson will work closely with operations to understand production flow, capabilities, time frames, and product knowledge.

    Develop sales strategy targeting schools to expand client base.
    Execute sales strategy within projected time frames.
    Build strong personal relationships with existing network and new clients.
    Travel to sales meetings to meet in person and conduct site surveys.
    Communicate via phone, text, email, and in person in a timely manner internally and externally.
    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, photocopiers, and smartphones. This position requires use of personal car to travel to sales meetings.

    This would require the ability to take measurements, walk campuses and building sites, and drive for extended periods of time.

    This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
    Travel
    Travel withing the region is required. Travel outside the region to expand customer base is at the discretion of the salesperson and sales manager.
    A bachelor's degree and - 5 years of sales experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
    Compensation structure subject to review and change
    Kaiser medical coverage (after 60 days of employment)
    Humana dental and vision coverage (after 90 days of employment)
    Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, extended hours as needed.
