    Aufgabe

    Erkennen von zustzlichen Leistungsbedarfen der Kunden innerhalb der Business-Unit sowie Entwicklung der Kunden und Ausweitung des bestehenden Bestandsgeschfts
    Steuerung der gesamten Angebotsbearbeitung fr unsere Kunden sowie eigenstndige Umsetzung der eingehenden Anfragen und berwachung der qualitativen Bereitstellung von Produkten und Lsungen
    Einbringen von eigenen Ideen und Untersttzen in relevanten Projektena
    Monitoring von Serviceparametern und Einleitung, Nachverfolgung sowie Umsetzung qualittsverbessernder Manahmen

    Profil

    Du mchtest als Kundenflsterer fr unsere Bestandskunden aktiv sein? Von Natur aus bringst du eine ausgeprgte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeiten mit. Gleichzeitig punktest du mit einem starken Interesse an Rechenzentren, Netzkopplungen und IT-Services sowie der Gabe, sich schnell in neue Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten und diese zu durchdringen.
    Studium oder Berufsausbildung im wirtschaftlichen/technischen Bereich
    Erfahrungen im Demand- und Projektmanagement und gute ITK-Branchenkenntnisse
    Praktische ITIL- oder FCAPS-Kenntnisse (idealerweise mit Zertifizierung)
    Groes Engagement, eine gesunde Belastbarkeit und Zielstrebigkeit
    Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

    In Rechenzentren sind wir zu Hause. Auf rund 15.000m Rechenzentrumsflche an verschiedenen Standorten Deutschlands kmmern wir uns um den Betrieb und die Instandhaltung fr unsere Kunden im Bereich der Rechenzentren selbst, erforderlicher WAN Netzkopplungen so wie der Cloud-Netzaggregationen und Distributionen. Wir suchen einen engagierten und erfahrenen Demandmanager, der unser Team untersttzt und fr den reibungslosen Bereitstellungsprozess und eine serviceorientierte Kundenerfahrung sorgt. Hierbei ermittelst du die Bedarfe unserer Kunden und entwickelst im Team individuelle Lsungskonzepte, generierst Neugeschft und erweiterst das Leistungsportfolio unserer Kunden bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
