    Exciting Opportunity in NYC Superintendent Needed for Prestigious General Contractor

    Are you an experienced Superintendent with a passion for luxury residential interior renovations? Are you ready to take on a new challenge with a leading contractor specializing in high-end projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn? We have the perfect opportunity for you

    My client are a distinguished general contractor based in NYC, renowned for their expertise in high-end luxury residential interior renovations and fitouts, with a portfolio of projects including apartments, penthouses, condos, townhouses, as well as high-end hallways and lobbies.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage job sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
    • Interface with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
    • Oversee the delivery and installation of materials, ensuring quality and timely completion.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress to project managers and clients.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
    • Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during construction.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among project team members.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential construction.
    • Strong understanding of high-end interior renovations and fitouts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage teams.
    • Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
