Key Responsibilities

Perform material selections
Set scheduling expectations on a projectbyproject basis
Schedule in house crew, subcontractors, and material suppliers
Pull permits on projects when necessary and schedule inspections
Ensure all work performed complies with the scope, plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
Document all project activities and maintain quality standards daily
Inform Construction Manager of Change Orders
Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased
Ensure subcontractors and crew complete all work in accordance with their purchase orders
Compile and resolve punch list items
Perform final walkthrough with customer
Secure a signed Certificate of Satisfaction from customer and a Review.
Maintain vehicles in Construction Division and schedule maintenance and repairs in warehouse when needed
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary

Position Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Superb customer service track record
Effective written and oral communication
Basic math skills
Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Walking and/or standing throughout the day
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Frequent driving and sitting
Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions
The noise level at individual jobsites can be loud
