    They have been an established for for 30+ years focusing on Public, MTA, SCA, NYCTA, DDC, Civil/utilities projects throughout New York City.

    Job DescriptionConstruction Superintendent - Long IslandImplement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project teamAssist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction projectMaintain and manage all job site activitiesBe the Superintendent on a NYC public works projects for agencies like the MTA, DDC, NYCTA, and moreMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

    The Successful ApplicantConstruction Superintendent - Long Island7+ years of ExperienceExperience with MTA projects is PLUSExperience working on Civil and Utilities projects for the following Agencies:New York City Department of Design & Construction; New York City Economic Development Corp.; New York City Department of Transportation; Metropolitan Transportation Authority; Metro North Railroad; NYC Schools Construction Authority.
