    Construction Superintendent (DOB License)
    Location: New York, NY
    New Construction | Residential

    Company Overview:
    Well-established Developer with a proven track record of high-end residential projects in New York is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent (DOB Licensed) to join their team. With a robust project pipeline, they are dedicated to attracting top-tier construction professionals around.

    • Oversee the job site from start to finish.
    • Regularly communicate with subcontractors to track project progress, schedule, changes, and deliveries.
    • Proactively identify design flaws, schedule issues, and other project-related matters.
    • Enforce safety procedures to maintain OSHA standards on job sites.
    • Keep thorough documentation including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.
    • Collaborate effectively with owners, construction managers, other superintendents, and project managers to ensure project completeness, design fidelity, and code compliance.

    The ideal Construction Superintendent (DOB License) should have:

    • At least 5 years of experience in high-rise residential construction.
    • Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and safety protocols.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel to NYC job sites.
