Hall's Culligan of Omaha is searching for an experienced Sales Manager to build, develop and train a team of Bottle Free Cooler (BFC) Sales Representatives.
This elite sales team will focus on growing the Bottle Free Cooler segment of our sales platform, our most premium product and the fastest growing portion of our business.
The leader of this team must possess the courage, experience, patience and integrity to engage with the organizations from 50 employees to 1000+.Working in close collaboration with the National Sales Coach, General Manager and other dealership team members, the Sales Manager is accountable for achieving budgeted revenue targets and other key performance metrics.
The Sales Manager is further responsible for coaching, retaining, and growing a staff of full time high- performance salespeople sufficient to cover the commercial markets we serve in Omaha, La Vista and surrounding areas.
