    Description


    Our client is one of the largest, employee-owned General Contractors located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and they seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead all aspects of project execution for their team.

    This company is behind some of the most well-known projects in the region and has built large hospital, data center campuses, higher education buildings, federal buildings, and large mixed-use projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.


    The right candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and most importantly, a people-focused leadership mentality to the role.


    Required Skills & Experience:


    Previous experience serving as the primary Lead PM on at least 2-3, high-value projects valued at $100 Million or more.

    Knowledge of the entire preconstruction process.

    This individual will partner with the preconstruction team to review scope, help to buy out trades, select subcontractors, and help manage bid management process.

    Will be responsible for developing and overseeing project budget in addition to tracking costs, change orders, and all aspects of financial management and reporting.

    Leads a team of direct reports and indirect reports at the project-level including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and various subcontractors.

    Creates schedule with input from field operations and scheduler utilizing pull planning and lean techniques.

    Leads all aspects of planning and implementation at the project level including financial management, scheduling, budgets, safety, quality control, client communications, and overall execution.

    B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.
