- Provide expertise in security documentation and planning, security incident management, security compliance and verification, security awareness and coordination.
- Draft and review key security documents, such as Security Classification Guide (SCG), Program Protection Plan (PPP), Risk Acceptance Letters, and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
- Collaborate with the Security Integrated Product Team (IPT) to investigate and document security incidents from inception to resolution and analyze root causes and implement corrective measures.
- Verify and validate program office security requirements, including but not limited to safe and shredder provisioning and maintenance and compliance with security checklists and protocols.
- Develop and deliver security briefings to relevant personnel.
- Manage and process visit requests, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- 7 years of experience required; More than 7 years of experience preferred.
- Experience in the fields of physical, industrial, information and personnel security preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Possess good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to obtain and retain a security clearance.
- Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent period of prolonged sitting may be required.
- Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance.
- Travel: Less than 5% expected
