You will manage a team of individual contributors who are responsible for launching and driving adoption of Figma Design, in partnership with product, sales, design, and broader marketing teams. You will also have the opportunity to help us build out the marketing foundation at Figma-from developing messaging and positioning, telling our customers' stories, architecting campaigns, building out enablement resources, and more.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

    What you'll do at Figma:

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
    • 5+ years in product marketing or a related role. Experience must include marketing highly technical products and technical fluency.

    • Direct experience operating as a full-stack marketer, leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution
    • Direct experience writing messaging, positioning and author on-brand end-user content
    • A data-driven approach to your work and the ability to champion the customer and experience in shaping customer insights and research
    • Demonstrated track record of being able to lead partners at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives. Must have experience driving executive-level conversations.
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

    • Experience working on SaaS products
    • Experience working on Design tools
    • Experience with Growth Marketing
