    CRM/Salesforce Lead - Luxury Watches and Jewelry

    Who We Are:Avi & Co. is one of the most trusted retailers in New York City for pre-owned and unworn luxury watches. We carry a remarkable selection of luxury watches from some of the world's most renowned watch brands, including Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Rolex, and more. Our World Class Customer Experience creates a watch-buying event for our clients. We have a luxurious private showroom in New York's Diamond District, a Boutique in Miami Design District and opening soon in Aspen Colorado. We also have a robust e-commerce platform to cater to domestic and international clients.
    Sales Operations:We are looking for a superior CRM/Salesforce Lead to join our team. This individual is someone who will be able to collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support opportunities and how to proactively better serve our customers. They need strong knowledge of Salesforce and it's functionality to drive customer profiling and direct servicing strategies. Must also be able to manage user workshops and provide constructive feedback on best practices. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with an optimistic viewpoint on our business, who wants to help develop new ways of driving our customer experience and is happy to help Avi & Co. grow in service excellence.

    Typical duties and responsibilities:Sales Mentoring:
    • Act as a point-of-resource to other departments in the company relating to customers and Salesforce software.
    • Maximize the characteristics and benefits of our Salesforce CRM system.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to analyze business trends.
    • Create training materials and trouble-shooting documents.
    Customer Analysis:
    • Create and interpret data from the software.
    • Work with different employees to enhance customer care, sales, and marketing based on the CRM data.
    • Customize reports from the Salesforce.
    • Stay on top of relevant statistics, including customer retention rate and customer satisfaction.
    Data Management:
    • Begin the Salesforce initiative by implementing enterprise standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Make sure the Salesforce data is accurate and reliable.
    • Conduct user testing and upgrade the CRM system.

    Education and experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or another related field.
    • 3+ years of experience with CRM software.

    Required skills and qualifications:
