What will you do as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)
Responsible for preparing assessments for our residents at our facility to ensure the services they receive are appropriate and effective.
Attention to detail and clinical experience will help you to evaluate and identify changes in our residents conditions and initiate appropriate steps.
Responsible for compliance with Medicare and Medicaid programs.What you need as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)
Licensed as an RN
Previous experience in a long term care facility
Previous MDS experience
