Task Description

The responsabilities of this role are the following:
Plan the programmemilestones and monitor the programmes overall progress;
Resolve any issuesand investigate corrective action as appropriate (Issue management andanalysis).
Manage dependencies and interfaces between program & projects
Manage budget allocated tothe program.
Apply best practices,techniques, and tools for project planning, project execution, ongoing milestone/deliverabletracking, communication, and key performance metrics.(10%)
Manage third party contributions to the programme as appropriate,implement the right communication channel & participate to partnersteering committees. (10%)

Manage customer expectations by identifying key customers, understandtheir influences & interest & put in place a pro-active communicationand action plan, regularly updatealong the project lifecycle.

Organize& execute regular steering committee to share the progress of theprograms, critical risks and get decision from the departmental responsible.
