    Context
    Our client, a major Investment Bank, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project/Program Manager to join their team.

    This role is ideal for a professional who has a deep understanding of the corporate banking sector, particularly in areas such as loan processing, corporate loan payments, transaction banking, supply chain, and cash management.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead and manage complex projects and programs within the banking sector, focusing on innovation and efficiency.
    Work closely with technical teams, including architects, to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
    Utilize business knowledge to improve processes related to corporate loans, transaction banking, and other financial services.
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical details into business language.
    Drive project deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
    Implement best practices in project and program management.

    Qualifications
    Minimum of 5 years of senior experience in project or program management

    w ithin the banking or financial services industry.
    Strong understanding of loan processing, corporate loan payments, transaction banking, supply chain, and cash management.
    Proven ability to communicate with technical teams and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP).
