    We are looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.

    We are looking for a **Program Manager** to lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. This position will be **full-time** and **hybrid** .

    **What Youll Do**

    + Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization

    + Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple projects, from initial concept through design, implementation, and deployment

    + Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives

    + Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

    + Manage resource allocation, including the assignment of tasks and tracking of team performance

    + Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle

    + Foster a collaborative work environment and resolve any issues that may arise during the project

    + Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

    + Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, potential challenges, and strategic opportunities

    **What You'll Need**

    Required:

    + A minimum of 10 years experience in implementing complex IT projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

    + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable

    + In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience managing projects through all phases of the development lifecycle

    + Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and conflict resolution

    + Proficient in project management software and tools

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

    **Physical Demands**

    + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

    + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

    + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
