Our Trainee Program for Retail Management (m/f/d)

In small, large or very large steps forward? You have it in your hands where you go after high school. And if you choose Hill City, then you can expect anything but boredom in your training and further education as a retail manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks

At the beginning of your training, you will get to know the daily business in retail - from purchasing and sales to marketing and visual merchandising, as well as consulting, service and the right handling of customers.

You will learn the theoretical part of your training and further education in regular intervals in block lessons at our Hill City Academy near Hannover.

Already during your training, you can take on first personnel and departmental responsibilities.
