We are working with our client Mölnlycke Health Care in seeking a People Services Specialist, to be based in their Wiscasset and Brunswick, Maine locations.
Requirements of the People Services Specialist:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with a focus on policy, payroll, and benefits administration.
· Previous experience with Payroll and Benefits software.
· Strong organizational and data analytics skills.
· Experience with data integrity and IT systems including effective use of PEOPLE Management systems and Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Training and onboarding experience desirable.
· Experience working in a manufacturing site is desirable.
· Ability to commute to Wiscasset, ME and Brunswick, ME Monday through Friday. This will be office-based, rotating between two manufacturing sites.
Benefits of the Job:
Annual pay in the range of: $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
3 weeks of PTO per year, 11 paid holidays

Responsibilities of the People Services Specialist:
· The successful candidate is a self-starter who will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, adaptability, & prioritization skills.
· Conduct onboarding and offboarding of employees ensuring administration processes are handled efficiently and reported correctly to external partners.
· People and organizational changes support
· Deliver new hire payroll and benefits onboarding presentations during orientation. Develops and/or participates in trainings, in-services, and attends local staff meetings as required.
· Provide compensation, payroll, and benefits support including Day-to-day payroll and benefits administration including portal management and follow up with respective employees
· Employee engagement, attraction, and retention strategies
· Efficient training and source of knowledge of all People policies, processes, systems and providers
