They are in need of a PC tech who can help them with machine/computer builds. They are going to be installing software on to the computers and get them ready to be used by the claim specialists.
Here are the requirements for this positions:
1)Experience with laptop builds (Win 7, imaging, general software install / upgrades)PXE\\OEM Imaging, Windows 7, Windows 10 (Desktop, Laptop) They will spend 60-80% of the time doing this.
2) Experience with using a ticketing system (They use Service Now) 30-40% of time. They will receive calls and if they can\'t trouble shoot the calls they will input tickets into Service Now
3) In depth Desktop Support Troubleshooting-
The Desktop Technician job is responsible for diagnosing and resolving for the implementation of installations and upgrades for software and hardware. This position also provides technical instruction to others. They will take between 15-25 tickets per day and they will use Service now as the ticketing systems
TEKsystems client process claims on property. Around hurricane season They typically on board about 100 field agents to assist with this time of year Since there is an increase of call center reps they need someone to come and help build out the machines and offer support.
This will be a 3 month contract to provide end-user desktop support for 1500 internal & remote customers.
