    Job Summary

    A rapidly expanding RIA (Registered Investment Advisory) Firm located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with over $2.6 billion AUM has an immediate need for a full-time, exempt Salesforce Developer to assist in the Salesforce journey of the company.

    The successful candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, must have a high degree of "attention to detail" and be able to perform well under pressure.

    This is an in-office position (Fort Lauderdale No hybrid or remote scheduling.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    · Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

    · Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

    · Implement complex business logic using Apex triggers, classes, controllers, and asynchronous processing (batch apex, future methods, queueable apex).

    · Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI components and user interfaces, leveraging JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Apex.

    · Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration techniques.

    · Customize the Salesforce data model, including creating custom objects, fields, relationships, and record types to support business processes.

    · Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and approval processes to automate business processes.

    · Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure high quality and reliability.

    · Optimize Salesforce performance by analyzing and optimizing SOQL queries, Apex code, and data model design.

    · Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to manage security settings, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.

    · Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

    · Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices, and proactively apply them to improve development processes and solutions.

    Requirements:

    Education, Skills, and Attributes

    · Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

    · 3+ years of development experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Salesforce APIs

    · Experience with traditional front-end, back-end, and database technologies preferred (but not required)

    · Experience with Git, Gearset, and other CI/CD pipelines

    · Experience with Agile development methodologies

    · administration and developer certifications preferred.

    · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    · Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

    · Able to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
