- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, particularly in the Sales Cloud environment, to support Sales Operations, Marketing, and Modern Retail initiatives.
- Utilize APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design and implement custom functionalities and enhancements.
- Drive integrations between Salesforce and other systems to streamline processes and improve data visibility.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively across multiple applications and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a strong business presence and actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
- Proficiency in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is required.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations is highly desirable.
- Expertise in SF Platform Events
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds.
