    Are you an **EXPERT** Salesforce Developer exploring new challenges?

    Join a rapidly-growing wealth management firm as a **Lead Salesforce Developer / Architect**, taking charge of migrating away from a Managed Service Provider to an in-house Salesforce team.

    This role involves on-the-ground development tasks and setting the architectural course for the client's Salesforce setup.

    Expectations for this hybrid role include spending 2-3 days weekly in Miami. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization without requiring sponsorship currently or in the future, and no C2C arrangements.

    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Lead the migration of the Salesforce platform from the MSP to an in-house team
    - Design and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions in line with business goals and operational efficiency
    - Architect and create custom solutions, integrations, and extensions on the Salesforce framework
    - Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set project timelines
    - Offer expertise on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and industry trends
    - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
    - Keep updated on Salesforce releases, features, and updates to propose enhancements for optimized performance

    **Requirements**

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    - Over 5 years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands-on work with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
    - Proven history of leading Salesforce implementations, particularly transitioning from Managed Service Providers to internal teams
    - Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
    - Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Financial Services Cloud, or Salesforce Certified Architect are a plus
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
    - Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a must. Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud is beneficial
    - Independent work capability and multitasking proficiency in a dynamic setting
    - Background in wealth management or finance-related environments is advantageous
