- Build hub and patient services dashboards and diagnose areas for improvement
- Support facility contract management and track contract adherence
- Develop and deliver market access training for field sales team
- Complete secondary research projects on market access and reimbursement topics and present results to commercial team
- Support various ongoing market access initiatives including new product launch activities
- Understanding, observing, and adhering to the goals and policies outlined in Vericel's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
