- Responsible for all aspects of project performance (technical, contractual, administrative, financial, etc.), including supervision of contract personnel in all aspects of project activity.
- Exercise oversight of all facets of the contract to include interfacing with the CO, COR, and key members of the COR's staff.
- Work closely with the Federal customer in a collaborative environment, providing process improvement suggestions and recommendations.
- Ensure that case processing timelines are met in accordance with customer requirements.
- Responsible for oversight and evaluation of performance of the contractor personnel.
- Responsible for driving metrics, reviewing contractor output and providing weekly reports to the customer.
- Responsible for hiring contract staff, to include screening, selection, and place of contractor personnel on the contract.
- Interface effectively with customers and deliver quality products and program/project conclusions on time and within budget.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and administer work assignments set forth in delivery orders, and ensure that all reports are prepared and submitted as required.
- Attend routine in-person meetings with the customer to discuss contract performance.
- Review, evaluate and adjudicate reports of investigation, personnel files, and other records to determine whether to grant, deny, revoke, suspend or restrict security clearances consistent with fitness issues.
- Shall have a minimum of three (3) year of professional experience specializing in personnel security. Experience in the intake and adjudications processes preferred.
- Shall have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a lead or supervisory role; management of government contracts preferred.
- Shall have a minimum of a Bachelors' degree, preference in Business or Security Administration.
- Shall have knowledge of requirements related to managing employees on pay issues, benefits, and government contractual requirements;
- Shall have knowledge of personnel security and hands-on experience involving all aspects of personnel and adjudication security programs.
- Must be familiar with eQIP, CVS, NCIC, DISS, ISMS, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Outlook/Teams, and other computer systems as they become necessary.

About the role:
The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for leadership of a team of contractor professionals providing services to the Federal Customer's Personnel Security Division.
The PM shall be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in personnel security - intake and adjudications.
