- Translate big visions into System Architecture iteratively.
- Focus on Backend System Design and REST API development using Django/Python.
- Design and develop Software components based on System Architecture.
- Integrate and Validate complex Software components.
- Apply Software best practices such as OO-SOLID principles, Domain Driven Design (DDD), State Machines, ORM, and Relational ER mappings.
- Implement and enhance Infrastructural architecture using AWS cloud.
- Perform NLU/NLP based Prompt Engineering like ChatGPT.
- Create Data Analytics from data collected through multiple channels.
- Utilize Google-Colab (or AWS Sagemaker) to run open-source ML models and benchmark.
- Lead the engineering team by example, promoting creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with full SDLC phases.
- Experience in developing SAAS platforms with over 10 years in the field.
- Expertise in migrating large monolithic SAAS App and DB to smaller microservices using Domain Driven Design (DDD).
- Familiarity with Django/Python concepts like Serializers, Validations, ORM, and async task processing.
- Strong knowledge in database design, ERD mappings, Postgres, and Django Migrations.
- Proficiency in Python/Streamlit for rapid PoC development.
- Extensive experience with AWS Cloud solutions, DevOps, and ML/Ops among others.
- Understanding of Linux package installation and system troubleshooting.
- Prior experience in a startup environment with proven ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective leadership skills with a results-driven and collaborative approach.
- Passion for social impact and aligning business objectives with a greater purpose.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
- Preferably hold a Master's degree.
