- Analyze and assess sales activities, market trends, and customer requirements for optimized sales performance.
- Develop the sales team through continuous training, constructive feedback, and skills enhancement.
- Review and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to instill a customer service culture and identify efficiency improvements.
- Participate in the selection process to fulfill personnel requirements and ensure branch responsibilities are met.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales experience.
- Background in customer service, sales, and asset management is beneficial.
- Experience in supervising sales teams is preferred.
- Strong business acumen, decision-making skills, and customer-centric focus.
- Proficiency in leading teams, fostering development, and utilizing MS Office and CRM systems.
