- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (including performance-based bonus).

Welcome to Nouvelle Maison, your neighborhood French market, café, boulangerie, fromagerie, and wine and spirits purveyor located in downtown Winchester. We are currently in the process of setting up and are expected to open our doors in the fall of 2024.
We are looking for a General Manager:
If you are enthusiastic about food retail and enjoy building and leading teams, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. As the General Manager at Nouvelle Maison, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, team building, and creating a vibrant work culture. This role requires someone with a strong track record in similar positions, who is willing to put in the extra hours during the initial phases of our business.
