Janie and Jack is seeking a motivated General Manager to steer the store team. General Managers play a crucial role in our success; they are enthusiastic about providing an unparalleled customer-focused experience. Committed to taking ownership of the business, General Managers assemble exceptional teams to achieve financial and business objectives, acting as champions of the business and driving outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing overall store performance and KPIs
Being a results-driven role model for the team, leading in sales generation with a strong customer focus
Developing visual and merchandising strategies to boost sales
Utilizing tools to enhance customer experience
Thriving in change, cultivating ideas for business growth
Motivating the team to excel in business goals
Building a dynamic team through networking and recruitment
Fostering a positive work environment that encourages diversity, inclusivity, and teamwork
Identifying training needs and implementing tailored training methods

Requirements:

4+ years of management experience in retail
Demonstrated success in sales and profits
Ability to identify top talent and build effective teams
Experience in creating merchandising strategies
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Availability for flexible work hours
Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
