    Job Summary

    Front Desk Agents are in charge of welcoming guests, providing excellent guest service throughout their stay, and handling guest accounts. Key responsibilities include: guest registration, reservations management, hotel operations, and concierge services. The main focus is to offer attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, optimize room revenue, and maximize occupancy.

    Responsibilities

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School diploma or equivalent required; Some college coursework in a related field is beneficial.
    • Prior experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred.
    • Must have a positive attitude, be customer-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively.
    • Proficient in handling high-pressure situations and resolving workplace issues.
    • Skilled in understanding and working with financial information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Flexible to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Familiarity with hotel products, guest services, and creating a positive work environment.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
    • Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag.
    • Adhere to company policies and regulations for safe and efficient hotel operations.
    • Welcome guests at the Front Desk warmly and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
    • Handle phone operations efficiently and meet performance standards.
    • Address guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services and facilities.
    • Stay informed about rates, packages, promotions, and in-house groups.
    • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations.
    • Understand and execute emergency procedures when necessary.
    • Ensure timely delivery of packages, mail, and messages to guests.
    • Maintain knowledge of property amenities, local attractions, and events.
    • Support coworkers, maintain a clean work area, and assist in other hotel areas as needed.
